Maximum payload: 16 KiB. Limit: 10 attempts per hour per source IP. Reuse a request_id only when retrying the same brief; altered content returns 409. An identical brief without a request_id is deduplicated for the same UTC day.

Received means the enquiry has been stored. It does not mean an email has been delivered or an engagement accepted. Invalid requests return structured errors; rate-limited requests include Retry-After.
