How We Work: UAE & GCC Commerce
Digital Bees LLP is led by founder and director Victor Sable from Mumbai, India. We support brands remotely across marketplace operations, catalogue content, retail media, ecommerce development and reporting. Country coverage and the work we take responsibility for are agreed in the engagement scope.
Before the engagement starts
Share your brand website or public marketplace listings, target countries, priority products and the problem you want to solve. We assess fit, discuss access and responsibilities, and define the first priorities. Please do not send passwords or customer records through an enquiry form.
The proposal should identify the channels and countries included, deliverables, owners, review cadence, fees and external dependencies. Media spend, creative production, Arabic specialist review, logistics, tax and legal services must be discussed explicitly where relevant. A service description is not a commitment to every possible activity.
An illustrative first-month plan
The sequence below shows how work can be organised. It is an example planning framework, not a guaranteed timetable or an existing client report. The agreed scope, access, platform permissions and brand readiness determine the actual schedule.
| Stage | Work to prioritise | Useful output |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1: establish the baseline | Review agreed accounts, priority listings, availability, advertising and measurement. Confirm issue owners and access. | Baseline, access checklist and prioritised issue log. |
| Week 2: resolve the first constraints | Address agreed catalogue, offer or campaign issues. Separate urgent fixes from changes needing approval. | Action log with owners, dependencies and progress. |
| Week 3: review controlled changes | Check implementation, stock signals and campaign or conversion evidence. Adjust priorities where supported. | Review notes showing what changed and what remains uncertain. |
| Week 4: agree the next cycle | Review commercial outcomes, unresolved constraints and the next priorities. | Monthly review and next-month action plan. |
What a useful weekly report contains
This is a blank reporting framework. It contains no client data or illustrative performance results.
| Area | Evidence to review | Decision and ownership |
|---|---|---|
| Sales and contribution | Comparable sales, returns and agreed cost inputs. | Which products merit attention, and who validates the economics? |
| Availability and catalogue | Stock cover, suppressed offers, content gaps and issue status. | What is preventing sales, and who can resolve it? |
| Retail media | Spend, attributed sales, targeting and agreed reporting definitions. | Continue, change or pause; record the reason. |
| Actions | Priority, owner, due date, dependency and completion evidence. | Make the next step explicit instead of reporting numbers alone. |
Who does what
Digital Bees coordinates the specialists agreed for the engagement. The brand supplies product facts, commercial approvals, inventory inputs and access through authorised platform permissions. Logistics, legal and tax decisions remain with the brand and its appointed advisers. Arabic localisation needs an appropriate language reviewer within the agreed workflow.
A lead contact and specialist responsibilities are confirmed during scoping. We agree meeting times for the markets involved; this page does not imply a physical UAE office or round-the-clock coverage.
